bobbi brown palette – Bea and Beauty

This past month, I have been picking up things here and there and have thankfully received some bits too! These months have been so hectic on weekends, balancing workouts, family time, blog writing and sleep, of course. At this point, I just really wish that my weekends could be a teensy bit longer.

I have seen products of this sort recently. All this hype is for a peeling charcoal mask and the Beautyfix Charcoal Face Mask is just one of the many brands that carry it now. All those funny videos of people peeling their face mask could definitely be me, but I am saving my own embarrassment. Haha

These next two products are cult favorites not only to me but to a far few BeautyMNL customers too! The Pixi By Petra H2O Skintint and the Pixi Natural Brow Duo in Brunette have 5-star ratings online. Actually the brow duo is a repurchase for me already because it is THAT good!

I have been an avid Bobbi Brown eyeshadow user but that previous palette is a bit old and over used. Thank goodness for this Bobbi’s Cools Eyeshadow Palette. It has more colors and is WAY more compact! And there is something about Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner Set, Shade 1 and Shade 2 that is so comfortable to wear(because I wore it last night).

Presentation day can mean a lot of things. To some it can mean a day you are finally pitching your idea to the big boss or it can be an oral defense day in class. Either or, we will all get to experience THAT kind of stressful and anxious day in our life one way or another.

When that day came for me, I wanted to make sure that I was comfortable yet prepared in every way possible.

My light to medium base consisted of L’Oreal Le Teint True Match Foundation in R2 paired with some Benefit Erase Paste in Light and MAC Studio Conceal and Correct Palette using the NC15 shade. And to set it all in place, MUFE HD Pressed Powder under my eyes and Shu Uemura Loose Powder all over my face.

Bronzing is a must in all occasions for me, with that in mind, I use my new favorite bronzer, the Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer and I paired it with a Naked Flushed Palette‘s blush, medium peach.

For my eyes, I wanted it a bit simple that wouldn’t attract too much attention because I wanted my jurors to hear my words and not look at my worried eyes. To make sure that my eyes were all calm and collected, I used my trusty Bobbi Brown Holiday Palette, using the Malted all over the lid, Sable in my crease and Champagne Quarts in the inner corner of my eye to make them think I haven’t been having sleepless nights for the past week.

Then of course, my standard eyebrow product, Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown and L’Oreal ButterFly Intenza for my lashes to separate and volumize my lashes. And again since I really didn’t want to attract too much attention on my make up, I used my ever trusty nude balmy chubby stick from Clinique in Whole Lotta Honey.
